At ACC Recovery and Transport, we understand that needing recovery or transport is never planned. Whether you are stuck at the roadside or need a vehicle moved safely, you want a team you can rely on and feel comfortable dealing with. That is exactly what we are here for.
We are a North Wales-based recovery and transport company, covering the whole of the North West, including Manchester, Liverpool and surrounding areas. Wherever you are, we will do our best to get to you quickly and get things sorted without any added stress.
Reliability is at the heart of everything we do. If we say we are coming, we are coming. We keep things simple, keep you updated and make sure the job is handled properly from start to finish.
We know how frustrating and stressful it can be when things go wrong, so we focus on making the process as smooth as possible. From your first call to the moment your vehicle is safely recovered or delivered, you can trust us to take care of it.
Breakdowns and transport needs do not stick to office hours, and neither do we. We are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
No matter what time you call, someone will be there to answer. We do not leave people waiting or wondering what to do next. When you need help, we are ready.
We bring over 15 years of industry experience to every job. Before starting ACC Recovery and Transport, we worked within the trade and gained a clear understanding of what customers really need.
Setting up on our own gave us the chance to do things our way. That means focusing on reliability, clear communication and doing a proper job every time.
We are proud to have built a strong and loyal customer base. Much of our work comes through repeat customers and recommendations, which speaks for itself.
We stay busy because people know they can count on us. We treat every job with the same level of care, whether it is a one-off call-out or a regular client.
Whether it is roadside recovery, vehicle transport or something a bit more specialist, we are here to help. If you need a team that is professional, approachable and always ready to answer the phone, ACC Recovery and Transport is ready when you are.
Darren went above and beyond in collecting a classic Porsche 928 that hadn’t moved in gone 15 years. Top quality service at a great price 5.

Darren was a lifesaver! Moved jobs to assist me in an emergency as I’d broken down on a dangerous spot. Was with me immediately , the job was a tricky one & he moved mountains to get me out of there Would recommend to anyone!

I just want to say a huge thank you to Darren, who stopped to help us on the motorway today.
We were in a really stressful and frightening situation after our car caught fire while driving. We had our 6-year-old daughter in the car, who was understandably very shaken up by the incident. We had also broken down in a particularly unsafe spot on the motorway, right on a bridge with no safe barrier to get behind, so whilst waiting for recovery it was an extremely scary and vulnerable time.
Darren was driving past but stopped and offered his help without hesitation. He kindly towed us safely off the motorway to the nearest services completely free of charge, simply because he wanted to make sure we were okay. He said he couldn’t just drive past and leave a little girl in that situation.
In very overwhelming situation, his kindness made such a difference to us. We are so incredibly grateful for his help and compassion!
People like Darren are a reminder that there are still genuinely good people in the world. Thank you again, we won’t forget it.

Absolutely awesome service from Darren, rescued us with a broken down trailer in the middle of the night when no one else local was willing to. Would 100% recommend, and we thought the fee charged was reasonable given the distance we were asking him to cover. Thank you Darren, our hero!

I had an excellent experience with ACC Recovery. Their response time was incredibly fast — less than 30 minutes — which is something even the big companies in the area couldn’t manage, especially during the night.
The service was professional, reliable, and extremely efficient from start to finish. It was clear they genuinely care about helping their customers and getting the job done properly.
I highly recommend ACC Recovery to anyone who needs quick and dependable assistance. Outstanding service!
